Q: and It says printers are not installed and even if I reinstall it says the same thing. Is there anyway to fix it. A: Right click on your My Computer Icon and choose manage. Expand Services and Application. Then click on services. Over to the right look for Printer Spooler in the list. Right click and choose start from the menu. That should get it going
