A: Computer technician here......When this occurs, go down to the taskbar near the clock, look for the printer icon and then double click it. This will bring up it's printing process properties. It will list what it is printing. You want to right click on each one, one at a time and select "Cancel". Once all the document printing is cancelled. They will just sit there until you restart your computer and they will be cleared out. Here is a hint if you want just a certain section of the web page or any documentation to print: Hold your mouse button down at the begining line where you want to start, it will highlight just the part you want and then go back to the begining part where you highlighted and right click on it and select print. It will only print just the section you want. Hope this helps.
