Q: Its a HP C6100 series all-in-one printer and its playing up again, last time it did this i called tech support after 4 hours they told me how to do a complete reset and it fixed but ive forgetten how to do it. im pretty sure i have to hold down a button as it turns on but i dont know which one.
A: David that didn't answer the question :) This does... Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions: 1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on. 2. Press and hold OK and HELP buttons while plugging in the power cord.
