Q: I bought new ink cartridges from Dell, installed them & since then I have had problems. Sometime I get a message of an error. I turn off the printer, & follow the directions. The last time I did this the printer message says, power down error. The power light is on & it won't let me even turn off the printer. The printer seems dead, but the green light is on, the printer is plug in. What is the problem?
A: Unplug it. Hold down the power button while plugging in the machine. Continue holding down the power button for 15 seconds. That will reset the machine.
