Q: hp psc 1110 all-in-one printer. tried printing - gave me message saying cartridges were stuck and can't move. i open & look inside - they move back & forth a couple of times. looks normal. i lightly press down on this black piece on the left, just to see if it moves (if that's the jammed part), and a spring pops out! it's about an inch high, maybe a quarter of an inch wide. can't figure out where it goes back in and it's an incredibly small place for my hand to go in, especially since it's dark and i can't open up my printer any farther to see it. if anybody has any idea where this spring goes back in, i'd really appreciate a hasty answer as my school paper is due tomorrow morning! thanks.
