Q: when you click print it begins printing and the paper begins feeding through and it gets jammed before it can start printing on the paper it continues to print just without paper. It has happened once before but I managed to fix it by just fiddling around with it but this time I can't any advice thanks!!!!
A: This might help. Get a heavy piece of card stock and force it through the paper path. Sometimes this will free whatever is jammed in there. Otherwise it will probably need disassembly and possibly a part. There are little wheels springs etc that can pop off. If one falls out it doesn't mean your printer is trashed, it might well work for now without it. If not it is probably time for a new printer or at least a service call.
