Q: I have a Lexmark Z715 which doesn't get used very often. today I tried to print a document which had a color picture on it and a fe words in color and it didn't print the color. Color cartridge is over half full. Tried cleaning it but still it will not print. I need help asap. Need to print resume and cover letter.
A: Hi Unfortunately when you do not use a printer very often the ink drys or the nozzles get blocked if you have tried nozzle clean 3/4 times Then print a test page you will see which colours are not working remove the colour cartridge and wipe the nozzle with a cotton bud dipped in spirit (Gin) and try a nozzle clean again and print another test page If the result is the same I'm sure you will need to replace your colour cartridge
