Q: I'm doing some legal stuff for my dad and I'm on this website with all his accounts and everything. The place needs EVERYTHING on the page including ad's etc. I could do that when I had color ink in my printer but now that there isn't any left, it won't print the places with color so there are like huge blank spaces where the color stuff was. How can I change the color parts to black and white? Please help, and how do I print the whole page. It cuts off the parts with color as well. Please help me!!! thanks.
A: Do "PrintScreen". Hold the Shift key, then the "PrintScreen" key, usually located in the upper right of the keyboard. Then open Microsoft Word. Then Edit, Paste. Double-click on the picture in Word and adjust left right top bottom to trim it to fit the page. Also resize the picture till it fits the page. You can also play with the page margins - I usually set them to around .5" all around, or you can set them to .75" all around to be safe. This will get you EVERYTHING on the page as you see it. As an alternative, you can Press "Alt", then "PrintScreen" and then paste it into Wordpad or Microsoft Word. This will just paste the window that is open and not include the desktop items.
