Q: hey there, so i have the hp photosmart 300, it is this one http://www.coldreset.com/modules.php?name=News&file=print&sid=423 and it's not printing! i can print off photos, but if i ask it to print from my computer, it won't, i've tried unplugging it, and plugging it back in, i think its cartidages are okay, and when i ask it to shut down, it just says 'shutting down' until you unplug it. what should I do?!!! i'm stuck with this printer, it was kind of expensive, so i can't get another one. haha. i'm using a mac btw.
A: You may have lost the print driver... try this... turn off everything... then turn everything back on.... this may solve the problem when windows loads back into your computer...
