Q: My friend's son says he won't use a webcam to show her pix of the grandkids, something about 1984 and "Big Brother." Anybody know what the heck he's worried about and how she could get him to use the webcam?
A: first tell him about encryption. specifically 256-bit+ encryption. big brother can't watch if everything is in secret code that takes 20 years to decrypt.
