A: yes 2gb @ 1600 = 3200mhz 4gb @ 950 = 3800mhz also the fact that there is mroe ram to work with. Jusst make sure your computer can read up to 4gb as not all computer (mainly laptops) can read all 4gb. My current laptop can only read up to 2gb
