Q: Within the last 2 hours, my computer takes up to 4-5 minutes to get to my desktop, but besides that, the rest of my computer is very quick and responds very well. WTF is going on????
A: did you just install some new software? Bad software just LOVES to install little start up programs to make that software load "faster" or make it easier to access that software. That is most often the reason behind slow start times.
