A: 2 Things you need to do 1) Go to start RUN type in "msconfig " go to startup and stop all programs running EXCEPT for anti-virus and anti-spyware. Then reboot Most programs when installed automatically set themselves up to run at startup but do not need to 2) Download " Malwarebytes " install it reboot in safe mode and run it then reboot Also if you have not got one Get an Anti-virus Suite plenty on net
