Q: After fomat and installing windows XP I don't have voice on my pc so how to Install a sound device??
A: you need to install all the drivers for your pc after reinstalling xp, if you dont have the drivers disc go to the manufacturers web site and look for support and driver downloads and get the correct drivers for your model and install them, then restart the pc and everything should work fine
