A: It will be better to call any engineer if u want to do manually then follow these steps. Start Ur pc in safe mode by pressing F8 while starting the system. if problem solves then try in normal mode if not then 1) Remove the ram and clean the pins with the eraser all the carbon should be gone from the pins.and clean the slots of the ram. 2) remove the cpu fan remove the processor and then clean it and put it back in the place. 3) Start the computer and then watch if the cpu fan is on or not. if then also not starts then its the fault with r ram or motherboard...
