Q: i dropped it and it had been through day to day life for 6 months i plug it in it doesn't work. i think its broken btw its old 60gb hard drive my laptop came with put in a hard drive case. im going to try a different case and if that doesnt work i think it is broken. Last time it was used i was writing my save games to it from my ps3 Muff- im just scared what my dad is gonna say.....
A: Sometimes things break. Dropped drives usually don't survive and recovering data from them is expensive. You could put another drive in the case if you have one.
