Q: I was using my computer as always and stepped away to make dinner and upon returning I found that the screen had turned blue and that all i could see was my curser when i moved my mouse around. I can get some things to come up at times when the icons flash on for about 5 seconds but that is it. I have ran my AVG 2008 virus software and it found sevarl trojan viruses that i quarentined, but it is still not working. What do i do to get this fixed? Please Help
