Q: Hello. When i connect a removable disk (flash drive) then everything is normal. It appears in My computer. But when i click two times the Open With.. windows pops up and says: choose the program you want to use to open file. Then i choose explorer.exe and everything is on it but that's not the point. When i close Window and click two times again the pop up comes again with same question. PLEASE HELP my Avg found virus there and thats how all started the virus was F:\v.cmd I formatted the drive and now works but im afraid of that coming again
A: when you choose the program make sure you click the persistant use everytime box, but if the popup comes up again each time it sounds as though the USB drive is failing and then reloading, backup the drive and then delete/recreate the partition and re-format, also try another usb port if it's lack of power output causing this
