Q: ok so i play steam (cs:s and DOD) and battle field 2142, and when it comes out i am going to play war hammer online. my computer runs alright but i've got some money and i want a upgrade but i dont know what i should upgrade for the most change, heres my system, it was made in 06 OP: xp home edition BIOS: phoenix- awardbios v6.00pg processor AMD athlon(tm) 64 processor 3500+,mmx,3dnow,~2.2GHz memory: 1536MB RAM(i recently got some more RAM) page file: 741MB used, 2690MB avalibe direct version: directX 9.0c monitors: radeon X1800 series Manufacturer: ati tech chip type: radeon x1800 series (0x7109) DAC type: internal DAC(400mhZ) approx. total memory: 256.0 MB just ask if you need more and i can edit it in :) please help tell me whats out dated what i need to upgrade and how to install or if i should get someone to install for me
A: You should be able to upgrade to a Socket 939 dual core processor. Look for the 4200, 4400 Toledo. For graphics its AGP or PCI-e. The graphics card now is pretty bad. Still need motherboard and power supply info if you want any help
