Is it good to use the least of the hard drive space?

Q: I think that it is good to use the least of your hard drive. However, I do feel like it is a waste not to use the remainder of your disk. What is your opinion? Also, as an aside, is R&S bad for your computer monitor? What I meant is that you have to continuously change from one page to another in R&S. Is this bad? I've always notice that my screen would get much hotter when I continue to change the internet page. It does not get hotter when I do not change the page as much. Sorry, by R&S I meant Yahoo!Answers. Is 220 GB available space out of 280 GB good?

A: Use your hard drive to a considerate amount. Like a car, if you don't use the engine, it will start to die eventually. So keep your hard drive active to a certain degree. If you don't change the page, your screen is pretty much being idle. Your computer monitor is meant to be used right otherwise what is the point of the monitor.Changing pages are ok as long as you don't make your monitor work too hard like watching movies for 10 hours straight.
