A: if this 250gb drive is an internal drive then install per directions here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/winxp/install.mspx if your 250gb drive in an external then it wont work by convention means, instead you will need to use a workaround described here: http://www.commodore.ca/windows/make_bootable_usb_drive.htm
