Q: what is the difference between core 2 dual,dual core,quad core? or some other processor? so which one is better?for gaming?
A: the more cores a processor has the better it is at multitasking. a core 2 quad with the same clock speed of a core 2 duo would be faster (in multithreaded applications) because of the 2 extra processing cores.
