Q: but when I bought it, it came wrapped in plastic wrap. I disposed of the plastic wrap but everything inside the box is still intact. Can I still return it? And it's from bestbuy. And the product is a Netgear WPN824 router. I'm returning it because the router sucks and my macbook cannot connect wirelessly to the internet. It was not used, I bought it new from Best Buy.
A: Yep you should be able to however it may determine whether they give you store credit or a refund... The bigger the store the more likely they are to accept it whereas a small business or company would be reluctant to.
