Q: I'm trying to copy, delete, and make changes to stuff on my flashdrive, but it says it's write-protected. It wasn't like this before. Can someone tell me how to get rid of the write protection? Where is this "switch"?
A: the same thing happened to me and on some flash drives there is a switch and if you flip it, it will take off the write protection, however my flash drive did not have the switch so i saved all of my documents to my desktop and then brought a new one.
