Q: My Windows is XP professional and when i start the computer it loads normally. after that the i can't even get to the log in screen! Before this happened my computer was infected with adware. I removed it with SuperAntiSpyWare and it said I needed to reboot the computer to remove the harmful objects. I clicked OK and it restarted. after that... It started! Help!!!
A: Try turning off the computer and then waiting 10 seconds. Hold down the on/off button until you see something come up on the screen while holding the button down you need to be tapping f12 or f3 Try f3 first follow the safe mode instructions then if that doesn't work try the f12 button. make sure you start it in safe mode.
