Q: Ok, its time for me to get a new video card. I built my PC about 4 years ago, but the video card I had originally broke, and I have had a replacement one (8 years old btw) in for too long. I'm looking to spend somewhere between 35 and 75 dollars. I don't need anything too fancy, just something I can possibly play counter strike with decently every once in a while heh, anything is better than the one I have in now. Also, I have a pci-express slot.
A: In that price range I recommend an ATI 3650. It is relatively modern, without breaking the bank. Will play counter strike and most other modern games reasonably, without taking out a second mortgage on your home. Surf around www.newegg.com and read customer reviews. Depending on which one you get the price can range from 55-100 dollars for the 3650. I just trust what the other customers have said. Anything with 4 or 5 stars will be great!!
