How can I set a hard drive to be the master boot?

Q: I have a 150 gigabye HD in my computer and recently installed a larger hard drive. I cloned the original to the new one. How can I set the computer to boot off the new one? Do I need to go into BIOS or can I use Windows Vista? BTW they are both SATA drives.

A: Reset the jumpers on both hard drives so that the larger drive is the master(primary).
