Apple keyboard problems?

Q: Recently I purchased the new Apple Keyboard (the slim one) and I used it for awhile. Just today I noticed that the "1,2,3" keys above the letters dont work but the "!,@,#" all work. I bought it at BestBuy and I want to exchange it. The problem is that I lost the receipt and dont know what I can do. Also if you know the problem with my keyboard please help me and if you any other ideas please tell me. (Will Apple be responsible ? Can I contact them ?)

A: If you just bought the keyboard it might still be under apple warranty. While I don't own an apple keyboard I do own one of their wireless routers and every time I have had a problem with it Apple has done an excellent job helping me. If I were you I would call best buy and talk to them - maybe you purchased it with your credit card and can prove that you bought it there? If you cannot get any help from best buy then I would definitively call and talk to Apple. Explain the problem and they should take care of you. If they won't help you I would keep on complaining to them. There are a lot of times where if you keep at them they will replace the product. I have had that happen once with my router.
