Q: ok so I'm getting a new graphics card i have a avg slot and pci slot if you play the sims 2 what graphics card do you have and does it play in a high resolution over 800 x 600 or watever the smallest resolution is sorry i ment agp and pci typo
A: i would replace the whole computer, because AGP cards and PCI cards are not going to be able to run it, or give you decent frame rates, since the game is graphically intense, so you need at least a 8800 GT or better to run that game, of which you need a PCI-Express slot to use it.
