A: Yes you can, IF: - The new card requires a different type of I/O slot (your old card isn't using your one and only PCI-E slot), if it is, you have to replace the old card. If the old card doesn't physically conflict with the new on inside the motherboard, then boot the computer and see if it gets you to your desktop. If you can't get past the BIOS, you may need to configure your BIOS to utilize only the new card and stop looking at the old one. The key to boot to your BIOS is usally F2 or F8 or F12, try F2 first. EDIT: From was I've seen about that type of card, you most likely have to take out your old card to 'upgrade' to a better card, since it will require PCI-e x16 slot.
