Q: could i throw in any RAM in my motherboard ? (i was born nov.ember, 12 1989)
A: No please don't. In case you have and it runs, then you are lucky. Each mother board comes with a support for a different RAM. there are currently 4 types of ram available. the oldest is SDRAM, then came the DDR SDRAM , after that DDR2 and currently DDR3. Check your motherboard box for the ram which it supports and buy the ram accordingly. In case you dont have a box, google the motherboard name and check the ram compatibility.
