Q: I was using my mouse this morning and all of a sudden a message shows up and says hareware not installed properly. it was working perfectly fine before now my mouse is not detected and does move at all not even click. its a wireless logitech revolution mouse. pls help
A: Try replacing the batteries, you could have ignored the warnings too long. If that doesn't work press the connect button on the bottom of your mouse and the connect button on your wireless mouse/keyboard receiver (If your wireless set has one). Try turning off your computer, unplug then plug your mouse connection in. start your computer again. If that doesn't work go into your control panel and in add/remove hardware, remove your mouse from the list, then add it again. Try unplugging and replugging after you "remove hardware" so that your computer automatically detects and installs the mouse for you.
