Q: Is it?

A: It's not bad at all! I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3.0Ghz processor. It's great, I love it. It's not as hot as the 6000+'s and keeps everything nice and chilled. I do have a few fans on it, but mainly it's stock. Why do you ask? Chad
