Q: That thing where you press the button on the computer and it opens and you put the CD or DVD or w/e in it then you close it then it plays on yoru computer on iTunes or w/e. it won't open up! I pressed the button but why won't it open?! it worked yesterday!!
A: try rebooting the PC first this works alot of times if that doesn't work there might be a disk stuck inside. right below the tray you will see a small hole straitin a paper clip and stick it in the hole and push and the tray will pop out. you will most likely need a reboot now to reset the drive
