Stupid computer question?

Q: I know this is so stupid, but here goes. I have a Dell Inspiron E1405, which was just re-built because I had a really bad virus. Anyway, I previously had my touchpad click disabled because I was constantly clicking things accidentally. Now when I try to disable it, I can't find it! I know it's supposed to be under a touchpad tab in the "Mouse" option under Control Panel, but it's not there! I'm very frustrated, and I'm hoping that this doesn't mean there's something wrong with my laptop now. Is there somewhere else I can look to disable my touchpad or are you just as confused as me? Thanks.

A: Your touchpad utilities may not have been reinstalled as part of the re-build. It's probably just using the Windows driver. Drivers are available on the Dell site, support and downloads, just type your model number in there.
