Q: I have been thinking about getting a new video card for my computer. I have an ABIT IP35-e, which supports only PCI-e 1.1. Will a newer PCI-e 2.0 card be able to run on this?
A: yes, i have a P35 gigabyte motherboard which is the same PCI-E 1.1. I have a Zotac 8800GT which is a PCI-E 2.0 card and it runs with no problems
