Q: Hi My computers Cd draw is not opening! I've used a pin in the little whole but it's still not opening! Does the computer need to be off for this to work! Please any more ideas would be very helpful! I need help fast!!!!! Xx Thanx xX
A: Use a paperclip and try again. The pin is harder to use and probably poking into the plastic. The computer needn't be off.
