Q: What is the best Socket 478 (NOT the similar 479 for laptops) CPU I can get, preferably over 3 Ghz and under 100 dollars? I know about the 3.0 processor on new egg, but I wan't something faster, since i'm going from 2.53 to whatever I buy. a .5 Ghz different is not that much I have been told, and I have been told that I need to get at least a 3.2 since I have an HP motherboard which is uncapable of overclocking.
