Who do I call about getting an OEM Keyboard replaced?

Q: I rang Microsoft just now because I have a fault with my Microsoft Media Center Edition Keyboard and because my Product ID has the letters "OEM" within it, she said that I need to call my local computer store to discuss what number I should call - she wouldn't give me the number herself. I can't actually remember who I purchased the keyboard from over the Internet but I have an idea that the keyboard is still under it's original warranty. What do I need to do now?

A: I agree with Road. You're trying to replace a keyboard that prob no more then 20 USD. You will have to pay shipping wherever you get it replaced. http://www.directron.com/bx1000051.html
