A: I suggest you first try putting it in a different USB port - and you may need to try evey USB port on your computer to ensure any pair has not gone bad. If none of your ports seem to work, try the pen drive on another computer entirely to rule out issue with your computer. If you are still unable to access the drive, can you "see" it in MyComputer, even if you are unable to open it? If so, you may be able to use ERROR-CHECKING on it to MAYBE get it working again. FYI - Although these drives are fairly hardy, you should try to use the SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE icon in your Systray before you remove the drive from the USB port. HTH!
