A: Should work just fine. Make sure to by a good CPU fan. This kind is in my opinion not too good: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3302824&CatId=493 takes way to much force to get a secure connection because of the tab locks. This is much better: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3302739&CatId=493 Note that fan screws to plate(make sure the insulated side faces the mother board) that sits on the other side of the Mother board. Much nicer. No worry about cracking your mother board when you install it.
