Q: I was just customizing a Lenovo Computer that i will probably buy and i came along to this. I don't understand what this does. Does it give me a port for my ethernet for my dsl or what. I don't want to order something that i have no need for. If it is somehow useful i might order it. Please answer quickly.
A: You're probably in your 20's, so you might not know what it is... :) It's actually old technology, made to connect by modem (e.g. regular telephone line) to the Internet. It can also allow you to send... get this... faxes! Wow... Unless you live in a rural area where broadband is not available, you'll probably never have to use such a device. Good luck!
