Q: Thinking about buying an HP computer direct from HP. Does anyone, particularly in South Jersey, have any experience with customer service? Long waits? Good Answers? Location, offshore or North America?
A: A very good majority of the computer's we service (college IR desk) are HP computers because of hard drive failures. Don't know why but they seem to have a greater crash rate than other brands. All in all there good computers and customer service is good too. My suggestion if you go HP. Get extended warranty and invest in an external hard drive to backup data to.
