A: I think you are not planning to upgrade man... you are making a beast PC. I'm sure its gonna cost you really, really a lot. that processor of yours? It cost $1,029.00 @ newegg. Are you sure this is a PC? or a server? An extreme workstation! Your Motherboard does not need anymore soundcard unless you insisted to. Your board has already have a 7.1 channel support. Try this link for your board. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131300 The rest of the specs are high enough for extreme PC. That ATI 4850 is good, but should go 4870 quad crossfire if it still fits your budget. Or you could also crossfire two 4870 x2 that's considered quad crossfire. Or if you want to you can change to ASUS P5N64 motherboard WS so you could install an Nvidia videocard like Geforce 9800, 9800x2, or GTX 280, those are in some way better than 4850. And for cooling system since you are planning to have an extreme performance PC, why not go water cooling. That's a lot cooler for your set up. You can check the rest of the prices at newegg.com
