Q: When I plug in my thumb drive and try to open the removable disk (F:) in my computer All it says is "please insert the disk into drive F:." and i cant view my files or add anything onto it.
A: Well, there are a few things that could have gone wrong. If it is a brand new drive, you will need to format it. Your computer may not have the right driver, which can be found easily online. Just look for a USB mass storage device driver. Note: when Googling or whatever site you use, make sure you include "for (your operating system)" after it.
