A: How old is your PC? Generally PC's older then 2 years will use IDE and newer ones SATA. In google, type in SATA connector on motherboard. You will see what one looks like. Open your case and see if you have an empty one. Google IDE motherboard connector and see if you have one. SATA is quicker and the cables are smaller.
