Q: When i start my computer its fans power all the way up and then a beeping noise comes out to the tower. can this mean that the power supply has gone bad or is the hard drive failing? the monitor doesnt turn on and i usally have to hard boot the computer to get it to turn off.
A: see the problem depends on that what kind of beep u r getting
if you r getting countinous beep then either the power supply i s bad or any key of key board is pressed
if one long beep and one short beep then your system board is failed
if one long beep and two short beep--display card is not connected or lossed or failed
