How do fit a multiplatform cpu heatsink with fan. is it a push in cus am looking for one that isent?

Q: How do fit a multiplatform cpu heatsink with fan. is it a push in cus am looking for one that isent? i am looking for a good but cheap cpu heatsink complete with fan for a socket 775. Pentium 4 cpu. ive been looking for one but all i can find is push in ones! i dont want that cus that means if i need to take it off for cleaning it or whatever i will need to take the motherboard off! the one i have now is a socket 775 heatsink and fan that has 2 big metal things on each side of the thing that clips into place onto the plastic thing attached to the motherboard. i found one thats socket 775 P4 cpu cooler with multiplatform application. how do i attach this to the motherboard, it like a push in or can i just put it in and take it out without having to take the motherboard off? please help, thanks for your support to anyone who can help me on this. cheers!

A: I'm not sure if they have Pentium ones but I have an AMD 64-bit like that. I'll look for one and get back to you if I find it. (Online of course, you can't have mine. =P ) - -EDIT- - Try here: http://products.amd.com/en-us/OpteronCPUFilter.aspx?f1=Third-Generation+AMD+Opteron%e2%84%a2
