Q: It says it works for Vista 64 bit, but does it work for XP 64 bit?
A: Having not tried it myself, I would have to say "no." Windows Vista uses an updated NDIS version, that XP can't use. A quick way to tell, other than installing it, would be to look for version strings in the .inf file.
