Q: yeah ive been using my capture card with windows media player and now i got sony vegas pro 8.0 and i want to capture but when i try it says " the device dazzle dvc100 video device could not be opened plz make sure it is not being used by another application.. or user?
A: hey i was having the same problem. The thing is that the sony vegas wasnt made to capture from devices like those or other analog capture cards. The only was you could record is using the Studio 10 feature that came with the Dazzle or use Windows Movie Maker. Hope that helps!
